About Your Stay
Our breakfast menu is now very well renowned which includes the following, full english, salmon with scrambled eggs, smoked haddock with poached eggs, freshly made croissants with a wide selection of cheeses and meats or alternatively avocado on toast topped with egg and bacon and finally freshly made fruit salad. Breakfast is served from 07:30am onwards till 9:30am, Earlier breakfast times can be made by special request in advance if required.
Note: If you have any dietary requirements please contact us 24hrs prior to arrival as so we can provide this for you.
For walkers on the Southdowns way we do offer packed lunches on request at £12 per lunch (please email request though 24hrs in advance) Email to enquiries@bramblebarn.co.uk
Guests are welcome to use the garden and a walk up to the top of the paddock provides excellent wide spread views across to Lewes and the surrounding countryside from Firle to Cooksbridge.
Check in/check out times are:
– After 3pm for check in
– Before 10:30am for check out

For walking holiday bookings, due to the nature that they are booked for a lengthy time in advance we operate the following policy:-
Cancellation up until 14 days prior to arrival=full refund
Cancellation less than 14 days but greater than 7 days= 50% refund
Cancellation less than 7 days = No refund
For all other bookings we operate the following policy :-
Up to until 7 days prior to arrival= Full refund
Less then 7 days but greater then 48hrs prior to arrival= 50% refund
Less than 48hrs prior to arrival= No refund
