Cancellation Policy

For walking holiday bookings, due to the nature that they are booked for a lengthy time in advance we operate the following policy:-

Cancellation up until 14 days prior to arrival=100% refund               Cancellation less than 14 days but greater than 7 days= 50% refund    Cancellation less than 7 days = No refund

Loss of Room Keys: We charge £12 for a complete loss of keys and ring.

For all other bookings we operate the following policy :-

*Up to until 7 days prior to arrival= 95% refund                                               Less then 7 days but greater then 48hrs prior to arrival= 50% refund       Less than 48hrs prior to arrival= No refund

*All cancellations are subject to a 5% admin fee once booked from our website and paid online as the process fee for each transaction is charged to us at Bramblebarn.
